Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 24-72 hours via USPS or FedEx delivery.

  • If the shipping address is a PO Box the order will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

We ship orders Monday to Friday (ET).

Trace your order: 

You will receive an order confirmation via email after you place your order.  If you do not receive the order confirmation, contact customer service at [email protected].

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email to trace your package.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date received for a refund or exchange if you purchased the products directly from us.


  1. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective mail the product back to us for an exchange of the same item and include a copy of the original packing slip.
  2. Product Returns for a refund must be unused, unopened and in the original box and/or packaging.
  3. Refunds will be issued minus the shipping fee.
  4. Please provide us with a brief description of why you are returning the product and include your name, address, telephone number and email address so we can contact you if we have questions.
